When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.I tried everything (double-click on the edges of the touchpad thinking that perhaps it had been deactivated by mistake, turn the pc off and on again, reset the pc, reinstall the driver. Type "Device Manager" into the search field to open the device manager console. Last year after the last update made automatically by windows when I restarted the pc the touchpad was no longer showing signs of life.I recommend you uninstall the touchpad driver from the device manager (If available) and then download and install the driver from the below link. ![]() Reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the touchpad.ĭon’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
